Unh uh !! i bought an eden pure heater for both myself and my elderly father and neither one will turn on after the first few times we used them with the screen flashing "not level" even though i used a level to verify they were sitting level .unfortunately this issue was not discovered until the start of the second year of use. Actual energy savings from high efficiency water heaters depend on family size, heater location, and the size and placement of water pipes. I was dumb enough to fall for this scam. Second is that you can lower your thermastat while only heating an inner room.
